At Sereniya, we believe movement is a form of self-connection — not performance.Our classes are crafted to guide you gently back to your body, through breath, rhythm, and rest.Whether you're seeking strength, stillness, or soft release, each session supports your nervous system, realigns your posture, and restores your energy.

How our classes work

Duration
Each class lasts between 50 to 60 minutes, allowing space to arrive, move, and integrate.
Intensity
All classes are low to moderate intensity, suitable for all levels — no experience needed.
Location
Classes take place in our serene studio in Las Terrenas, surrounded by soft light, natural textures, and calming soundscapes.
